Meet Dr. Kara Rackovan (Ballwin, MO)
Dr. Kara Rackovan completed her undergraduate schooling at Missouri State University, earning a bachelor’s degree in Dietetics. She furthered her education by obtaining a Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Missouri – St. Louis. Dr. Rackovan joined Crown Vision Center in 2019. Dr. Rackovan became an optometrist because, as a child, she loved going to the eye doctor and getting a new pair of eyeglasses. In high school, she learned about the anatomy and physics of the eye and has been interested in optometry ever since!
Dr. Rackovan enjoys being able to influence patients’ everyday lives by improving their vision in order to see at their absolute best.
